We are pleased to announce that in line with the changes in government guidelines regarding COVID, our Gosforth, Jarrow and Sunderland offices are in full operation, and we are once again welcoming visitors.

We would be grateful if all visitors would note the following points:

Temperature-taking

On arrival at the office, each visitor’s temperature will be taken by a member of staff using a no-touch forehead thermometer.

Masks

Visitors are required to wear masks when coming into the offices until they are in a meeting with the Torgersens’ team member they are visiting. Please don’t hesitate to ask if you would prefer that the team member also wears a mask.

Social distancing

We are continuing to follow the ‘1 metre’ rule in all office areas.

General

  • Hand sanitiser, wipes and masks are available for visitors’ use
  • The offices continue to be cleaned daily
  • All Torgersens’ team members are offered bi-weekly lateral flow tests

We will of course respond to any Government announcements and put in place any required changes.
