The territorial coverage is worldwide excluding professional business carried out from an office in the United States of American or Canada or any territories which come within the jurisdiction of the United States of America or Canada, or in which it is contended that the laws of the United States of American or Cananda apply and excludes any action for a claim brought in any court in the United States of American or Canada.
